Mobile Bartending Service Starts at $400
Our standard bartending service starts at $400 for one professional bartender for up to four hours.
For smooth and timely service, we generally recommend approximately one bartender for every 40 drinking guests. Larger events may require an additional bartender to prevent long lines and keep the bar organized.
Additional bartenders are $400 each, and additional service time is available for $75 per bartender, per hour.

Does the Bartending Price Include Alcohol?
Dapper & Co operates as a dry-hire mobile bartending service. This means the client purchases the alcohol while we provide the professional bartending service and help with everything else.
Dry-hire service gives you more control over the brands you purchase, the amount you spend and what happens to any unopened alcohol after the event.
We will help you create a customized shopping list based on your guest count, event length and selected drink menu so you are not left guessing how much alcohol to buy.

Clients may provide their own supplies or select one of our per-person packages.

The Mixologist — $9 Per Person
Includes everything in The Essentials, plus:
Sodas
Tonic water
Soda water
Standard cocktail mixers
The Suit & Tie — $12 Per Person
Includes everything in The Mixologist, plus elevated mixer options such as:
Red Bull
Ginger beer
Premium cocktail mixers
Wine and champagne circulation service may also be added for $3 per person.
Do You Provide a Mobile Bar?
Yes. A professional mobile bar can be added to your event for $150.
A mobile bar is a great option for backyards, private properties, outdoor venues and event spaces that do not have a permanent bar available.
Before booking, we recommend asking your venue whether a bar is already included and whether outside bartending vendors are permitted.
How Does Gratuity Work?
We offer two gratuity options:
18% gratuity when a tip cup is allowed
25% gratuity when no tip cup is permitted
The selected option will be clearly explained before your event so there are no unexpected charges.

Bar Availability

Event Location
Dapper & Co serves Tucson, Phoenix and surrounding Arizona areas. A travel fee may apply for events outside our standard Tucson service area.
